Kalinda

At Kalinda (formerly DBA Software), we've been in the software business since 1985. Our tools improve the productivity of software developers, and the quality of the applications they develop. Our first products - OnLine Help, OnLine Workbench and OnLine Testbench - gave software developers tools to build, test and document online applications.

Our OnLine Help technology has evolved into The OLR System, a knowledge base that adds value to CICS transactions with seamless access to help windows, reference manuals and shared notes about customer interaction. Our customers use the OLR System to manage customer service and support operations, healthcare, outbound telemarketing and information publishing.

Reducing time-to-market and rapidly responding to change are our customers' biggest challenges. Evolving customer needs, changing market conditions and new technologies bring opportunities to responsive enterprises. The agile enterprise has clear advantage against competitors who lack the ability to rapidly adapt to change.

In this context, IT professionals are being challenged to build, deliver, and manage systems that enable the agile enterprise. The integration of disparate data, stored in silos across the organization, is now a strategic imperative. As an example, a holistic, 360-degree view of customer information has become a critical success factor that can dramatically enhance revenues and profit.

No longer can our customers wait for the extended implementation cycle of monolithic systems. IT managers need to respond to requests with agile development methods and tools. They need the ability to bring robust, industrial strength applications to market in a matter of days, and they need the ability to rapidly refine and extend these applications as the business unit evolves.

It is for this ever-evolving environment that we've developed the Kalinda Integration Suite (IS). Kalinda IS is designed to enable the agile enterprise by leveraging your investment in information assets into a new generation of applications built on web services.
